Tu Beauty Management LLC (DBA Tu Beauty Med Spa)

Tu Beauty Management LLC, doing business as Tu Beauty Med Spa (“we,” “our,” or “us”), is a medical spa and aesthetic clinic offering injectables, laser treatments, facials, body contouring, medical weight loss, and related aesthetic services. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive the following types of messages:

Non-Marketing Messages

Appointment confirmations when you book a service
Appointment reminders sent 24-48 hours before your scheduled visit
Rescheduling notifications if your appointment time needs to change
Post-treatment follow-up messages related to your service

Marketing Messages (separate consent required)

Seasonal promotional discounts and deals
New service announcements
Customer loyalty rewards and referral incentives
Re-engagement promotions for returning clients

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 609-517-1461. After sending “STOP” we will send one final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-subscribe, sign up again through our website form.

Replying STOP cancels ALL messages from Tu Beauty Management LLC, including both appointment reminders and marketing messages.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 5 messages per week. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Tu Beauty Management LLC does not charge for SMS messages.

Age Restriction

This SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes
